1. How to make order?

- Step 1 : Pick your bouquet " Add to cart".

- Step 2 : Write "Message" & pick your "Delivery Date".

-Step 3 : Key in Shipping address, enter a Promo Code to enjoy discount (if applicable). 

-Step 4 : Choose Delivery Zone and continue to payment via ipay88.

2. How do i know if my order is confirmed? 

You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided to us. It will be an automatically generated email, so do check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided to us. 3. When is your delivery time? 

We deliver Monday to Saturday from 11am-6pm with no specific time request.

4. Do you provide same day delivery?

We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 12pm.

5. May I self collect?  

No. 

 

 

6. How can I check my order?

The sender will received a notification email once order is done delivered. If you’d like to find out the status of your order, feel free to drop us a message.

7. What are the payment methods?

We have three payment methods available on our website integrate with a top notch secure payment gateway, payments may be made via local bank transfers, credit/debit card and PayPal.

8. What if Recipient is Not around at time of delivery?

For office with receptionist, we will leave it to receptionist; 

For office without a receptionist or home base please refer to the options below:

Option 1: Leave it on the front door or at the guardhouse ( for apartment & condominium)

Options 2:  Reschedule the delivery

An additional redelivery fee RM50 will be charged.

We will call you to Decide. If we are unable to reach you within 10mins of courier arrival, we will go for Option A. Hence, kindly ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the specific time range. We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

9. Can I cancel my delivery on the day of delivery?

If the cancellation is before 24 hours of delivery, we do charge 50% of the total order cost. However, we are unable to proceed with the cancellations if the orders was made on the same day as your appointed.

Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled by email us at 2getherflowers@gmail.com by 3 days before the delivery date. Payment will be refund in credit ONLY. You can use this credit to purchase any products in our store. Any leftover can be used for next purchase.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. If the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable quality, do drop us an email at  2getherflowers@gmail.com along with photos of the bouquet. We will do our best to offer customer replacement flowers.
